Aujourd'hui, je suis allée visiter la Old State House.
A little bit of history, and particulary the American history. Today, I've visited the Old State House. This building is a museum which tells the different historical events happened since the creation of the USA. Indeed, the building was created in 1713 (even though it's not so old if we compare to our ancient Europe ;-) ).
In this building, several important events happened. For example, the Declaration of Independance had been read on the balcony of the Old State House in 1776.
Since this moment, the Old State House have had many functions : state house, shop, museum, post office and even subway station. Nowadays, as I said before, it's a museum.
The visit was quite good, especially if you're intereted in history. Thanks to some pictures, paintings and models, we learn the different steps of the American history.
Taking pictures was not recommended, so I only took a few and I take the first one on the Internet because I've just noticed that I didn't have my own :-)
